What it is
Built around the part that usually goes wrong
Most booking platforms are good at issuing a ticket and then hand you back to email for everything that happens afterwards. That is backwards: issuing is the easy part.
Go Sama was built by a ticketing business, so it is shaped around what actually consumes an agent's day — the reissue, the date change, the cancellation, the involuntary schedule change that has to be passed on to a passenger who is already packed.
Those are handled in the portal rather than by sending a request into an inbox and waiting. Where a case genuinely needs a person, our desk is still behind it. The platform is meant to remove the routine work, not the people.

It is not open to the public
Registration is for travel agencies. Individual travellers are better served by our ticketing desk, which is a person rather than a login.
It is not a replacement for talking to us
Group fares, unusual routings and involuntary changes still go faster with a phone call. The portal handles the volume so the desk can handle the exceptions.
We will not quote terms before we know your agency
Registration terms and credit arrangements depend on how you intend to work with us. We set them out in writing once we know your agency, not before.
