Registered in June 2016 and working out of Kerala ever since. Six offices, one team, and a preference for telling people the awkward part before they pay rather than after.
Who we are
Started in Kochi. Still answering the phone there.
Sama Travel Pvt. Ltd. was registered on 1 June 2016. We began in Kochi and have added offices since — Thrippunithura, Thrissur, Kottayam, Kannur and Thiruvananthapuram.
We arrange four kinds of journey: holidays, air travel, pilgrimage, and the documentation that makes both possible. Most of our work sits somewhere in the join between them — a family combining a Holy Land route with a few days in Dubai, a Schengen visa file that has to match a fourteen-day European itinerary exactly, a group of thirty travelling on one block fare.
What has not changed since 2016 is the shape of the business. There is a counter, and there is somebody behind it. You can bring your passports in person and collect them in person. When something goes wrong at eleven at night in another country, there is a number that answers.
That is not a marketing position. It is simply harder to hide from a customer who knows where your office is.

Six things we hold to
Everything in writing before anything is booked
You see the routing, the hotels, what is included and what is not. Nothing is issued against your name until you have approved that document.
The awkward part goes first
A hotel that is a fifteen-minute walk gets described as a fifteen-minute walk. A fare with no checked bag gets described that way too.
No guarantees we do not control
We will not guarantee a visa outcome, an airline refund date, or a mountain cable car in poor weather. Nobody can, and saying so is the useful part.
One place for the whole chain
Flights, hotels, transfers, visas and insurance handled together, because travel goes wrong in the joins rather than in the parts.
Built for group travel
Family groups, jamaats, corporate incentive groups and institutional travel — where block fares and name deadlines work very differently from individual bookings.
